Dr Pham founded Compass Dental with one goal: to give Darwin a dental practice where people feel heard, respected, and genuinely looked after.
With advanced training in oral surgery, implant placement, and cosmetic dentistry, he brings a level of skill that means most procedures — including wisdom teeth removal and implants — can be done right here in the practice, without the need for hospital referrals.
But what patients value most isn’t just the technical expertise — it’s the time he takes to explain things clearly, the honest advice, and the genuine care that comes through in every consultation.
Dr Pham regularly exceeds continuing professional development requirements, completing over 300 hours of training annually. He’s committed to staying at the forefront of dental technology so his patients benefit from the latest techniques available.
